POSH Policy

Safety and well-being in the workplace have always been our priority. We have partnered with Silveroakhealth to implement a comprehensive POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) policy. Our commitment to ensuring a safe and inclusive workplace environment is unwavering, and the introduction of this policy reinforces our dedication to the well-being of our employees. We have a gender-neutral POSH policy that ensures that all individuals, regardless of their gender identity, are protected from sexual harassment and discrimination.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for non-compliance with POSH guidelines, which may result in penalties including disciplinary action, legal consequences, mandatory training, and potential termination.

The partnership with Silveroakhealth brings expertise in the field of sexual harassment prevention and support. Their extensive knowledge and experience in creating POSH policies will enable us to establish a robust framework that addresses the complexities of sexual harassment effectively.

There is a dedicated Internal Committee comprising 5 members including an external committee member from Silveroakhealth at UBSdigiCloud Solutions Private Limited.
